Bancassurance - Relationship Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* To play a significant role in developing the Company's Bancassurance business with designated Banks and its branches.
* Understand and then take ownership for the delivery of the Bank annual sales, business and marketing plans
* Train, develop and motivate the branch sales staff
* Identify knowledge and skill development needs, and then plan and deliver appropriate, detailed product and selling skill training.
* Help the Bank to coordinate all sales activities, maximizing incentive programs and sales contests to produce the results
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English
* Experience of 2-5 years in Financial Services, preferably in a Bank or Bancassurance Division
* Posses excellent communication skill
* Full-Time positions available.
* Posses strong strategic & analytical thinking, with experience in creating and implementing business plan
* Possess Sales Management experience or People Management
