PT. Multi Adiprakarsa Manunggal (’KARTUKU’) is a full-service electronic payment network infrastructure provider, providing sales, leasing, rental, and maintenance of card and non-card based payment processing systems to banking customers and merchants.
Due to our rapid growth and expansion, we have vacancies for the following position:
Customer Support Representative (CSR)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming calls from merchants and able to assist them with any problems, services, requests and others.
* Maintain the services required such as calls to the merchants to ensure a good relationship with them.
* Assist with the administrative tasks such as issuing letters and invoices to the merchants and producing reports.
* Ensuring a good coordination and working relationship with other departments in Jakarta and in the branches.
Requirements:
* Hold S1 in any degree.
* Proficiency in MS. Office especially MS. Excel is a must.
* Fluent in English written & oral is a plus.
* Having min 1 year experience as Call Centre is a big plus.
* Willing to work in shift and weekend.
* Good communication analytical skills.
* Customer oriented.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Resourceful and creative problem-solver.
* Good team player.
