Responsibilities:
Achieve the Volume and Value targets for Castrol and BP brands within the area.
Plan and execute a journey plan that maximizes sales and the best use of the in-call time.
Identify potential new customers.
Implement Sales, Trade Marketing and Marketing initiatives.
Full compliance to all HSSE and Ethical standards and policies
Ensure Distributors utilize secondary sales information system to make informed business decisions.
Requirements:
University Degree/Diploma with Marketing or business focus preferred.
Possess 3 to 5 years sales experience in the automotive/related industries with proven track record of achieving sales target.
Strong awareness of Sarawak’s market environment.
Good understanding of customer needs and ability to improve quality service.
Experience in Trade Marketing Support and knowledge of Distributor Management systems preferred.
Understand the role/priorities of the team and how to contribute to the total objectives.
Practices good time management
Able to identify and solve problems independently.
Responds well to changing environment and face increasingly difficult situations with confidence.
Strong communication, presentation, selling and influencing skills.
Good Analytical and IT skills
