Training & Development Manager (Bangkok)

Job Description :
-Plan, implement and monitor employee training, development and allied activities to enhance individual and organization performance and skills advantage
-Evolve learning and development strategy and road map
-Identify employee development needs and address thesse by different learning methodologies such as e-Learning,classroom training, Workshops, Lecture-Demonstration, Outbound training
-Plan, develop and implement internal and external training programs
-Evaluate training effectiveness and follow up on development activities
-Coordinate employee development activities with local HR and Line Managers
-Support local HR Managers on training needs analysis and development initiatives
-Coordinate of worlwide e-learning roll-out and monitoring
-Design and implment employee induction program
-Generate awareness on development activities, development tools and best practices in the companu's intranet
-Maintainm monitor and analyze training data and records, update employee skill set in HRIS and prepare circulate timely MIS
Required Professional Skills : Excellent communication, presenation and interpersonal skills with team spirit, ability to interact with all levels of management and vendors, analytical and creative approach,ability to work independently and mutli tasking
Required Experience : 7-10 years experience in training and development function, running project management, experience in training program initiation. having comceptual of whole training process
Required Academic Qualifications : Bachelor's degree OR Master's Degree in Human Resource
