Responsibility :-

• Responsible for overall management the production line to achieve target plan and high reliability products.


• To ensure production run effectively with cost, quality and output achievement.


• Coach and train people, promote safety working environment and continuous improvement activities.


• Support the organization goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.

Qualification :-

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering background or related field


• At least 5 years experienced in Managerial position.


• Experience in PCBA, SMT especially automotive product is preferable.


• Have high leadership skills, accountability, good team player and can work under pressure.


• Strong knowledge in SMT process, PCBA, Lean Manufacturing System, and especially in TS16949.


• Good communication in English and computer literacy.
