Partner Account Manager

Job Descriptions
  • 1.Identify Qualified Opportunities:
  • a. Probes for opportunities and challenges through effective questioning and active listening, establishes and identified need, proposes relevant solutions or licensing options to generate interest and cretes a solid value proposition.
  • b. Ensures the pipeline is sufficient to meet short and long term requirements.
  • 2. Distribute Qualified Opportunities to Partners:
  • a. Position partners and field sales engagement with customer accounts as appropriate once an opportunity is qualified.
  • 3. Account and Territory Planning:
  • a. Responsible for managing the customer 'contact' satisfaction nd providing a consistent experience for client's customers.
  • b. Maintain and develop customer account profiles, activity notes, and opportunity details through the input and capture of timely, accurate, and clean data using the prescibed CRM tool.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in direct or indirect sales with proven results, preferably in IT environment/industry.
  • Experience in dealing with partner/channel selling will be an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in IT.
  • Demonstrated understanding of solution selling techniques and selling software solutions to business customers.
  • Able to build strong partner relationships.
  • Solid knowledge of the business, customers, partners, client's strategy and how they work together.
  • Able to qualify sales opportunities and position client's partners in the overall sale process.
  • Demonstrated communication skills including cler and concise verbal and written business communication in local language.
  • Able to focus on achieving positive, concrete results contributing to business succcess.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Able to use Microsoft applications and CRM systems.
