The principal activities of Eastern Global (M) Sdn. Bhd. is in processing, exporting and distributing frozen seafoods with a diverse range of leading brands in the market.

Responsibilities

  • To develop, implement and evaluate HR policies and procedures.
  • To plan, organize and evaluate employee training.
  • To administrate employee welfare and benefit.
  • Responsible for staffing & recruitment.
  • To ensure human resources practices are adhered to governmental and legislation regulations.
  • Attend to all employees service queries.
  • To perform other related duties to HR from time to time.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree or 3 year working experience in related field.
  • Must possess sound knowledge of the Labour Laws, Industrial Relations Act and prevailing HR practices and legislation.
  • Familiar with Employment Act, Labour Laws, HRDF, SOCSO and insurance claims.
  • Able to work with least supervision and independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to allow interaction with all levels of personnel.
  • Computer literate.
