Global Product Manager
Responsible for defining market and commercial strategies and tactics for new and existing products in our Electronics Materials Business Unit. This includes achieving overall growth and profitability -including year over year gross profit margin growth.
The incumbent is expected to achieve results through aggressive best of class marketing approaches. As such,s/he develops and executes both tactical and strategic programs for assigned product lines.This includes managing products from development through retirement(entire product life cycle)The role requires a leader who can work cross functionally to realize both financial targets and goals for customer satisfaction
Requirements:
-Minimum 8 years of proven experience in Product Management.
Minimum of a BS Degree in Business or Marketing;
Advanced degeeand or MBA preferred.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
-Strong organizing and planning skills.
-Financial acumen/proven commercial savvy.
-Prior Product Management experience especially in a b2b environment.
