Currently we are looking for:

Function and Purpose:

To lead and manage the Research Biolabs 3rd Party Sales team

To guide, mentor and support the team to achieve the given sales targets

To consolidate the related sales efforts and also manage 3rd party relations

Main tasks (primary responsibilities) of the position:

Effectively cover the own sales territory for budget achievement

To manage team members for budget achievement

To provide an accurate monthly forecast along with market observations

To suggest promotional initiatives to grow and develop the 3rd party business and to work with marketing towards effective implementation

To ensure adequate customer coverage with focus on key product lines

To closely interact with the Sales Manager to coordinate and streamline strategy and its implementation

Ensure that all customer information is captured in the CRM system in a timely and accurate manner by all 3rd party team members

To suggest pricing strategies to the Sales Manager

To liaise with 3rd Part suppliers and be the primary point of contact for all interactions

To motivate and coach team members, communication a clear business direction

Any other duties being assigned from time to time

Position requirements, qualifications and experiences:

Degree or above in a science discipline preferred

Minimum of 3 years relevant sales experience

Able to effectively communicate with team and manager

Able to motivate the team

People management skills preferred, must show clear aptitude to manage a team
